Black chicken
We have black chickens, they are black cochins and have feathers from head to toe with their feathered feet. But I am pretty certain that they are regular white meat chicken. Unlike these chicken, which would startle most of us if we saw them in the grocery store.

Black chicken
Have you ever eaten “black chicken”? During my recent visit to Taiwan I was invited by a professor from Taiwan Normal University to taste this Chinese delicacy. It takes a while to get used to the colour. However, the chicken meat and the soup it “swims” in are just awesome.
